About The Position

The Managed Service Onsite Manager serves as the end-to-end owner of site performance, overseeing production execution, workforce leadership, and client delivery to ensure operational commitments are consistently met. The role has a direct impact on safety, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction by translating business objectives into effective onsite execution. Through strong operational leadership and commercial discipline, this position helps sustain profitable client partnerships and reinforces the organization's managed service model.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent achievement of site productivity, throughput, quality, and service-level commitments while maintaining operational stability in a dynamic production environment.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant workplace through strong safety leadership, OSHA adherence, workforce training, and proactive risk mitigation that minimizes incidents and operational disruptions.
  • Maintain a high-performing workforce by optimizing staffing levels, labor utilization, employee engagement, and frontline leadership effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships by consistently meeting delivery commitments, providing operational transparency, and aligning execution with client expectations.
  • Drive operational excellence through disciplined execution, effective resource allocation, and timely resolution of production challenges to ensure reliable business outcomes.
  • Protect the integrity and profitability of the managed service model by ensuring work performed aligns with contractual commitments, service scope, and commercial agreements.
  • Leverage operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve decision-making, and deliver continuous improvements in productivity, quality, and service performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement that supports workforce development, operational maturity, and long-term business success.
  • Ensure site-level execution effectively balances client priorities, workforce needs, and operational constraints to achieve sustainable performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the accountable leader for overall site performance, delivering predictable operational results that strengthen client trust and contribute to organizational growth.
