About The Position

As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, confirming compliance with regulations and managing financial processes. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be accountable for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role within our Finance practice, you will focus on managing financial operations, including financial reporting and risk management. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
Demonstrating proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting management
