In this role, you will shape and execute cross-service line and cross-industry go-to-market strategies that elevate EY’s market presence and fuel demand for a rapidly expanding portfolio of priority offerings. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence firmwide growth and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients and teams. In highly agile fashion, this marketing manager will develop collaborative relationships across the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) organization as well as with subject matter experts and relevant client-serving professionals. This individual will also provide direction, guidance and mentorship to managed services team members in driving bespoke, integrated awareness and lead generation campaigns which build the EY brand, advance the commercial value of our offerings, and ensure synergistic alignment between global and US activities across service lines, industries, business development teams, and other BMC programs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with senior leaders to develop plans to effectively achieve objectives and initiatives as aligned to broader firm goals and priorities
  • Experience creating, developing and managing projects and schedules for multiple simple-to-mid-level post-campaign reports, driving data-based insights and spend decisions
  • Experience with marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, demand generation, thought leadership, video development, content marketing, event marketing, and program management
  • Ability to supervise staff and oversee the work and development of others, including internal and external creative agencies
  • Critical to this role is the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus and action. This includes developing relationships with project stakeholders, market-facing teams and support resources. Collaborate with colleagues in the Managed Services team, across service lines, industries and regions in the Americas.
  • 9-plus years of marketing experience successfully managing multiple complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A thorough understanding of impactful content development and cross-channel delivery principles including digital media, integrated campaigns and program optimization as they relate to the sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in converting complex technical concepts into compelling market messages
  • Experienced in B2B marketing
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and ability to flex schedule to accommodate calls with stakeholders and team members across varying time zones

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver moderate-to-complex integrated marketing programs for the Americas Managed Services team. These should inform and influence various internal and external constituencies about Americas Managed Services initiatives and offerings.
  • Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote a rapidly expanding portfolio of priority offerings. Tactics may include video, webcasts, thought leadership, content marketing, paid media, SEO, presentations, email campaigns, internal newsletters, events and sponsorships, among others.
  • Enhance integration across BMC including industry, service lines, regions and other programs to enhance coordination

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
