In highly agile fashion, this Managed Services Marketing Supervising Associate will develop collaborative relationships across the BMC organization as well as with subject matter experts and relevant client-serving professionals.

Requirements

  • 5-plus years of marketing experience successfully managing multiple complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A thorough understanding of digital content development and delivery principles including social media, paid campaigns and website optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in B2B marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed and ability to flex schedule to accommodate calls with stakeholders and team members across varying time zones

  • Ability to work with senior leaders to develop plans to effectively achieve objectives and initiatives as aligned to broader firm goals and priorities
  • Experience creating, developing and managing projects and schedules for multiple simple-to-mid-level post-campaign reports, driving data-based insights and spend decisions
  • Experience with marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, demand generation, thought leadership, video development, content marketing, event marketing, and program management
  • Ability to manage and team with others, including internal and external creative agencies
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in the Managed Services team, across service lines, industries and regions in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on an integrated Americas Managed Services Brand & Marketing strategic plan in alignment with firm priorities, Americas Managed Services hypergrowth ambitions, and evolving market opportunities
  • Create moderate-to-complex marketing deliverables for the Americas Managed Services team. These should inform and motivate various internal and external constituencies about Americas Managed Services initiatives and offerings.
  • Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote a rapidly expanding portfolio of priority offerings. Tactics may include video, webcasts, thought leadership, content marketing, paid media, SEO, presentations, email campaigns, internal newsletters, events and sponsorships, among others.
  • Enhance integration across BMC including industry, service lines, regions and other programs to enhance coordination

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
