About The Position

As a Managed Services - Managed Service Management and Strategy - Director, you will lead the strategic direction and oversee the management of outsourced solutions, supporting clients across various functions. Your role involves streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency by managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients. You will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services within our Managed Services practice. As a Director, you will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into success for the firm. In this role at PwC, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks. Requirements
