Reporting to the Enterprise Service Delivery Manager, the Managed Services Lead Endpoint will possess a unique blend of technical expertise (Architecture and configuration), presales acumen, and leadership capabilities. This role involves guiding technical delivery and strategy for endpoint management, including mobile device management, patching, application packaging, and endpoint security posture. This client-facing role involves experience in enterprise endpoint solutions using Intune, Autopilot, Autopatch, W365, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Acts as a subject matter expert in both pre-sales and architect contexts. Often responsible for interfacing with Microsoft.
