About The Position

Webull Financial LLC is a FINRA registered broker dealer that provides an online investing platform for retail investors. The platform offers global market data, news, and trading in US equities, listed options, and futures contracts. The company is seeking a talented financial services professional in the New York area to join their Middle Office Operations team as a Managed Services Administrator.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 0-1 years of relevant financial services or operations experience.
Excellent attention to detail, reconciliation skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external regulators.
Team player with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Complete legal processes for client liens, levies, garnishments, and information requests, taking appropriate action to restrict account access and/or pay creditors.
Assist in the escheatment lifecycle, including due diligence, reporting, and delivery of securities and cash to state unclaimed property offices.
Prepare and file reports with state agencies, maintaining detailed audit trails and documentation.
Process asset transfers, including journaling securities, reconciling accounts, monitoring corporate actions, and ensuring timely and accurate DTC deliveries.
Support the Middle Office Operations team with ad hoc administrative duties, operational requests, and special projects to ensure the efficient execution of daily business activities.
