Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Basic proficiency with Excel, Word and typing required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a health care organization preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides support for all correspondence to and from the Clinical Services Department including physician notifications, interim orders, organization determination letters, and assessment information.
- Maintains unit supplies and processes all requests for additional equipment/supplies through purchasing department, using agency protocols
- Maintains all member clinical records through scanning process, attachments of records into case management system, chart room filing, and off-site storage
- Performs all other administrative tasks deemed necessary under the direction of the Supervisor UM Support.
