About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed individual to support provider Medicare, Medicaid and Payor provider enrollment. This role works closely with internal teams and external payers to ensure accurate enrollment, compliance with regulations, and timely contract support. This is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), Full-time position with a shift of Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm. It is a remote-eligible role, requiring residency in WI, IA, or MN, and falls under the Managed Care department.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in managed care, business, healthcare, or a related field required
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and computer skills are essential!

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in a managed care environment preferred
• CAH Medicare, Medicaid and payor provider enrollment experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider and facility enrollment, credentialing, and contracting processes with government and commercial payers
• Collect, maintain, and manage required documentation while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Monitor payer policies, scorecards, and payment trends, and report findings to the Managed Care team
• Partner with Contract Specialists, Credentialing, Recruitment, providers, and internal teams to support new and existing contracts
• Maintain accurate electronic records, prepare reports, and communicate issues, progress, and solutions to leadership
