This position is responsible for supporting the Managed Care Department activities. The Analyst will receive, investigate, and process in-house and payor inquiries. The Analyst will be responsible for customer service/provider service resolution, maintaining key contract databases and contract files to both internal and external parties, as appropriate. The position will run various reports, perform data analysis, and summarize results for management. Working at University Health is about making a difference.
