Managed Application Services Consulting Associate - Fall 2027
About The Position
RSM is seeking individuals interested in combining Technology and Business to join their Managed Application Services (MAS) practice as a consulting associate working with Microsoft’s Dynamics365 platform. This platform includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and a technology base. The MAS Practice collaborates with client teams to achieve business objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes, and technology. As a MAS Consulting associate, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of functionality and technical tools on the platform, as well as a broad range of clients across many industries. The position begins with a 6-week classroom training program for new hires, immersing them in the Dynamics 365 software and the RSM implementation methodology. After completing the coursework, Associates will return to their MAS team to begin client work. You will be exposed to several aspects of all our Practices, including engaging with clients to ensure Business objectives align with IT Strategy, fixing and building Business solutions and operations best practices, understanding consulting processes, tools, and methodologies, and leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Business/Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related degrees
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Understanding of software development concepts and methodologies
- A desire to work with and adapt to a shifting technical landscape
- Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude
- An analytical approach to problem solving
- Initiative, creativity, and a passion to deliver results that make a difference

Nice To Haves
- Any development experience with Microsoft tools including .NET, C++ and SQL Server
- ERP or CRM experience highly desired
- Must be client-focused, team-oriented, and require exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Working daily with the Microsoft Dynamics platform

- Data migration

- Troubleshooting business application issues
- Utilizing a structured development methodology
- Understanding how to obtain client business requirements and mapping them to Microsoft Dynamics
- Designing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics functions and features to meet business objectives
- Working and interacting with clients in the configuration of their Microsoft Dynamics system
- Building successful clients relationships
