Position Summary: The Managed Access Coordinator is wholly responsible for the successful management of SWC’s managed access customer portfolio. This may require regular meetings and status updates to customers and executive management, both internal to SWC and external to the stakeholders. The Managed Access Coordinator also oversees and provides direction and guidance, as required, to Internal Teams and Subcontractors, as they directly affect singular projects and the overarching impact to the managed access server platform.
