About The Position

Corewell Health is offering up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role. This is a PART TIME-DAYS position at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy. Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves. Under site designate leader, and according to established policies and procedures performs accurate and efficient Mammography exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Always follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Mammography (M) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 Years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level
