The Mammography Technologist performs high-quality mammograms, bone density scans, ultrasound exams, and invasive procedures for physician’s interpretation. The role supports a culture of safety, accurately schedules exams, and documents events in EPIC and Penrad. The technologist is responsible for performing mammography imaging and biopsy procedures according to American College of Radiology (ACR) standards, ensuring accurate physician interpretation. The position requires a solid understanding of anatomical positioning and radiographic techniques, the ability to work independently with initiative and critical thinking, and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced outpatient ambulatory environment. Flexibility to support additional outreach sites may be required.
