About The Position

This role is for an experienced mammography technologist who takes pride in their work and performs it with expertise and heart.

Requirements

ARRT(R)(M) registered with mammography certification.
ACR-standard positioning skills.
Comfortable with screening and diagnostic workups.
Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and the team.
Ability to see the person behind every image.

Nice To Haves

1 or more year(s) of mammography experience.
Motivated new graduate with strong clinical skills will be considered.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through routine annual screenings, answering questions, easing anxiety, and providing information.
Work up diagnostic exams alongside specialist radiologists, using positioning expertise and clinical instincts to obtain optimal imaging.
Support patients who are nervous about callbacks with a calm and confident presence.
Collaborate with a team of Technologists, MAs, and Radiologists who care about professional development and success.
Perform 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, DEXA, and image-guided biopsy.
Learn image-guided biopsy, DEXA, or support Quality Control measures.
