About The Position

Southwoods Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide compassionate, high-quality imaging services at our Boardman office. This position is for 32 hours per week, consisting of four eight-hour shifts.

Requirements

• ARRT Registered and Certified in Mammography.
• Active Radiographer license in the State of Ohio.
• Must have completed 8 hours of Digital Mammography and 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training.
• Must stay current with ODH, ARRT, and MQSA continuing education requirements.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Competently perform mammography procedures according to ACR and MQSA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and equipment monitoring to uphold strict QC program standards.
• Ensure proper shielding, follow aseptic techniques, and monitor patient status during exams.
• Prepare supplies, interpret physician orders accurately, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Adhere to all OSHA, manufacturer, and regulatory safety specifications.
