About The Position

This position is required to perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high volume outpatient setting. Responsible for producing high quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Requirements

• Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Washington Radiologic Technologist (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (upon hire)
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography (within 1 year of hire)

• 1 year of full-time mammography experience

Responsibilities
