About The Position
Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of views that will require ingenuity and initiative in applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities required by the ACR and the FDA to maintain certification in the area of Mammography.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in radiography or graduate of an accredited certificate program for radiography.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in mammography.
- Mammography certification.
