About The Position

Corewell Health is offering up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role. This is a PART TIME-DAYS position at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. The hospital, which opened in 1977, has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services. Under the site designate leader, and according to established policies and procedures, the Mammography Technologist performs accurate and efficient Mammography exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. The role always follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience
• 1-3 Years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level
• CRT-Mammography (M) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
