About The Position
Mammography Technologist – Radiology Diagnostic - Day Flex NewYork-Presbyterian hospital is known across the world for boldly advanced diagnostic care. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will work in the Radiology Diagnostic department, perform x-ray services, perform Screening and Diagnostic mammography. The new employee will also perform Breast Biopsies under a few modalities and DXA exams, with prescribed patient care and technical quality standards. Join us. Utilize your expertise in the In Radiology Diagnostic Department and expand your knowledge alongside the most highly respected professionals in the field. The shift for this position is Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am -4p , Tuesday to Thursday 10a-6p, and 1 Saturday a Month. Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology R
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
