This is a paid training program for ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologists who want to become Mammography Technologists. The program is offered by Women's Imaging Specialists (WIS) across Georgia and Alabama. Upon completion of the training and certification, participants are guaranteed a Mammography Technologist role with a 2-year commitment. The role operates in outpatient centers only, with no nights, weekends, or hospital on-call duties. The program offers full-time pay during training, structured mentorship, and a competitive pay increase upon transitioning to the Mammography Tech role. Benefits such as health, dental, vision, and PTO start on day 61, with 401k available after 6 months.
