Innovation is encouraged through submitting ideas and participating in departmental initiatives. The technologist will also participate in organizational climate activities, staff meetings, and efforts to improve productivity, cost containment, and revenue generation. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, including managing radiation exposure and hazardous materials, and the ability to lift and move patients.
