About The Position
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. As a Mammographer Technologist for our Breast care Center, you will be responsible for independently performing mammographic examinations in accordance to department protocols and ACR imaging standards and safety standards, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, PACS, and other related medical imaging equipment. This professional technologist position will have an impact on quality, safety and the patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology and/or appropriate training to obtain license
- At least 1 year as a radiologic technologist including training in mammography
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified and registered radiographer and mammographer
- Massachusetts DPH Radiation Control Program Radiography and Mammography License
- BLS
