About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources presents an outstanding opportunity for a Mammographer/Radiology Technician to work in our Radiology department at Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, VA. This role is perfect for Mammographers and Radiology technicians with at least 2 years of experience, providing a platform to hone nursing skills. The position operates specialized X-Ray equipment and performs various mammography related procedures including screenings and diagnostic studies. This is an outpatient environment where the primary focus is ensuring the well-being of our patients. The role offers the stability of employee status and a range of benefits.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a program from an accredited school of radiologic technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA)
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
- Current ARRT Mammography certification (ARRT (M))
- Minimum of 2-year current experience in clinical applications
- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Must be a U.S Citizen
