Requirements
- Technical/Associate degree in radiography.
- Registration through ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in radiography.
- Registration through ARRT in mammography required within one year of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Registration through ARRT in bone density.
- 1 year of mammography experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
- Perform bone density exams.
- Perform complex procedures at the discretion of the radiologist.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control tests in accordance with MQSA regulations.
- Operate digital and 3D tomosythesis mammography machines.
- Troubleshoot mammography equipment and processors.
