About The Position

This position is applicable as a Mammographer, Tech 1 with less than two years of related work experience and as a Mammographer, Tech 2 with two years or more of related work experience. Scope of Work Provides health care services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis. Performs medical imaging techniques and related procedures to demonstrate breast anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Assists licensed practitioners with invasive procedures. Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
• 2 years of relevant experience mammography
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Mammography (M) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities
