Requirements
- ARRT certification and a current Iowa permit to practice in general radiography is required.
- ARRT certification in mammography is required.
- Mammography experience is required.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills are essential.
- Some lifting is involved with this position.
Responsibilities
- Producing mammography screenings by following established protocols and guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately communicate imaging findings.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mammography technology and techniques to provide optimal services to patients.
- Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.
