About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a freelance Maltese Teacher for a beginner student in New York, NY (10014). The course is general, one-to-one, with a total of 30 hours (15 two-hour lessons). Classes are scheduled for Thursday evenings, once per week, at a public place. The student is motivated by family heritage and is in the 35-44 age group. The position is freelance and part-time, with a negotiable hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. Requirements

• Native Maltese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of New York, NY 10014.

Responsibilities
