This role involves supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The supervisor ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. They are responsible for coaching, disciplining, and training staff, as well as assisting with payroll and personnel information. The supervisor also ensures adequate post coverage, prepares reports, inspects posts, and meets with clients to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
