About The Position

Securitas USA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Mall Security Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling premises, maintaining order, and ensuring the safety and security of clients' people and assets. You will respond to alarms, provide customer service, and prevent vandalism and other criminal behavior. Requirements

Valid SORA license or willing to obtain
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years or older
Strong customer service and communication skills are required
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible
Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking)

Responsibilities

Patrol premises on foot and/or in Securitas Vehicle regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations.
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
Provide assistance and customer service to guest in need.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Responsible for detection of any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, or other criminal behavior.
