About The Position

This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment within a mall setting. The primary responsibilities include customer service, de-escalating situations, and constant patrol. The position requires working with people throughout the shift and involves monitoring surveillance equipment and enforcing property regulations.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills
Good with Technology
Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
Customer service oriented
Must be able to work day shifts.
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Tactical experience ( Asset)

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and Secure environment
Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Coordinate response to the incidents.
Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
Provide Excellent customer service.
