About The Position

We have recently taken over a long standing service in Elgin where we support 17 individuals. The service comprises of 12 bedsits and a 3-bedroomed bungalow where 2 people reside. These individuals require various levels of support with learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities. The focus is on achieving individualized goals, working together to overcome barriers, and ensuring people are living their very best lives. They need to be supported by people who understand their individual needs, promote their independence, and make a positive difference to their lives. They each have their own interests and enjoy activities such as karaoke, baking, BBQs, garden parties, discos, day trips, and holidays.
