Requirements

Experience in Home Health, Facility, Residential Home Care
Able to pass a BCI Background Check
Possess a valid State ID or Driver's License
Flexibility in Scheduling
Able to drive to client home and perform errands as assigned
Working Smart Phone for compliance and attendance

Responsibilities

Assist the client
Provide companionship
Provide personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.)
Clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.)
Laundry, cleaning, etc.
Documenting and reporting on the condition and shift
Aiding with activities of daily living
Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Providing companionship
