Our mission is to improve pregnancy-related outcomes beginning with conditions that disproportionately affect historically underserved groups. We're seeking Malama Ambassadors to serves as a trusted connector between high-risk pregnant and postpartum Medi-Cal members and Malama! Embedded in WIC clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and community-based organizations (CBOs) across the NorCal region, the Ambassador performs outreach, eligibility screening, and warm handoffs to Malama's Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Birth Equity services. This is a great entry point for recent graduates or early-career advocates who want to build a meaningful career in community health and birth equity.
