About The Position
La Serena Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready / Ticket Runner in the Spring Branch area. This role is responsible for daily maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule, and prepare vacant units for new residents in a timely, high-quality manner. The position also requires upholding safety standards and property appearance at all times, and providing excellent customer service to residents and team members.
Requirements
- 1+ years of onsite multifamily experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
- Possess valid Identification
Nice To Haves
- General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
