About The Position
Turn vacant units into move-in-ready homes and keep our leasing pipeline moving.
Requirements
- Apartment make-ready or general maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of drywall, paint, and basic plumbing and electrical
- Able to lift and move materials and stay on your feet
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition on schedule
- Patch and repair sheetrock; prep and paint walls, ceilings, and trim
- Resurface tubs and counters; replace fixtures, hardware, and blinds
- Install and check appliances; complete flooring prep and punch-out repairs
- Confirm plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics are working
- Complete a final detail clean and walk each unit before it leases
- Work from the make-ready worksheet to hit projected completion dates
