Make Ready Technician - Olympus Creekside Park
About The Position
The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins. Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures. Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches. Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal). Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems. Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints. Wash and treat surfaces. Remove mildew. Sand and adhere finishes. Complete various work orders as needed. Calculate required materials and estimate costs.
Requirements
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required
