About The Position
The Make Ready Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that residential units are prepared for new tenants. Requirements
- Proficiency in residential painting, drywall, carpentry techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with tenants.
- Competence in using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform residential painting to enhance the appearance of units.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or enhancements within the units.
- Use an ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the condition of their new home.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
