About The Position

We are seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Management Support property, Rancho Palisades, located at 4849 Frankford Rd. Dallas, TX 75287. This role is ideal for individuals with strong maintenance skills who are looking for productivity and advancement within our company. We offer training for applicants with prior experience in the trades or maintenance at other multifamily management companies. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly pay rate of $22.00 - $24.00. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work schedule, including rotating weekend coverage. MS manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We are dedicated to providing our residents an outstanding living experience including the highest level of resident service without differed maintenance. We are looking for organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work.

Requirements

• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Understand and follow written policies.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred, not required.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to preventive and routine maintenance promptly and expertly.
• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready).
• Maintain property-owned equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly secured after each use.
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied.
• Work under the direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
