About The Position

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Make Ready/Punch Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will respond quickly and courteously to resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to restore service within established quality and time standards. This position requires a proactive, organized professional with a team-player mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations, working closely with the Community Service Manager.

Requirements

1-3 years maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance experience preferred)
At least a high school education or equivalent certification.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment
Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
CPO Certification (if required in the state and location applied)

Nice To Haves

Expertise in the areas of HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair
Budget or basic business finance skills helpful

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and courteously to resident requests for maintenance service.
Troubleshoot the source of difficulty and take appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established for the community.
Work closely with your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
