About The Position

Richdale Apartments is hiring dedicated and motivated Prep/Make Ready positions for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. This role involves the final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments, including drywall repair, paint touch-up, door and lock changes, and light plumbing and electrical work. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
• Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
• Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
• Perform light maintenance
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
