GEICO is seeking an experienced Major Case SIU Investigator to identify, investigate, and support the resolution of complex and high‑exposure insurance fraud cases. This role focuses on sophisticated investigations that may involve organized fraud, staged accidents, catastrophic losses, and litigation‑driven claims. The ideal candidate brings strong investigative skills, insurance knowledge, and a solid understanding of litigation processes. Candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned geographic area (Fredericksburg, VA, Lakeland, FL, Dallas, TX). This is a hybrid position (4 days in office, 1 day wfm). No relocation assistance provided.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of investigative experience (insurance or related field).
• Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
