About The Position

Ace Appliance Sales & Service is seeking a high-performing Appliance Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. This is a sales-first position for someone who thrives on helping customers, closing deals, and growing revenue—while also being comfortable in a hands-on retail environment. Ace Appliance serves over 20,000 customers per year, and as our sales department grows, so will your opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants a long-term career in sales with stability, strong earning potential, and room for advancement.

Requirements

  • Proven sales ability or strong sales instincts
  • Confidence communicating with customers in person
  • Physically able to move large appliances safely
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to step up and support the team when needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting major appliances that fit their needs and budgets
  • Build trust through product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent customer service
  • Close sales and earn commissions on appliances and protection plans
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Move and stage appliances within the showroom
  • Assist with receiving appliance deliveries as needed
  • Occasionally support delivery and installation teams during staffing shortages or peak times
