About The Position
Midland Transport is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Major Accounts Coordinator, based at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of strategic customers. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while proactively monitoring and managing customer accounts. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth initiatives.
