Requirements
- Complete knowledge of a fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Hospitality experience and great ability to provide guest service.
- Ability to promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must understand and speak the English language.
- Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays 4p - 10p and Sundays 3p - 9p.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
- Complying with all policies and procedures of the company and department.
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Having basic menu, liquor and wine knowledge. Being able to suggest and present wine tableside.
- Greeting, seating, and managing reservations, per standards set by department.
- Assisting all staff members to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Assisting in all guest service areas and public relations, handling dissatisfied guests and special requests.
- Following all safety procedures, maintaining work area for a clean and safe environment.
- Answering questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
