Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Ability to push and/or pull a cart with items weighing up to 500 pounds.
Ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Federated will not sponsor candidates for employment visa status, such as an H1-B visa.
Federated does not interview or hire students or recent graduates with J-1 or F-1 visas or similar temporary work authorization.

Nice To Haves

Special class Stationary Engineer's license or ability to obtain.
Minimum of two years' work experience in a related job demonstrating mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to maintain company buildings and premises to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
Perform various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, stairs, and restrooms.
Empty wastepaper baskets and perform other assigned tasks.
Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance and landscaping duties.
Assist with meeting and event set up and tear down.
