The Maintenance position is responsible for providing technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel to keep the hotel’s general equipment and systems in excellent condition. This role requires approaching all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner and complying at all times with Peachtree Hospitality Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. The position also involves maintaining regular attendance standards as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel, and having knowledge and understanding of all department policies and procedures, communicating and enforcing all policies fairly and consistently with staff.
