About The Position

We take great pride in the condition of our guest rooms and are seeking a detailed individual who will be responsible for general repairs and deep cleaning to ensure the highest standards. Daily duties will include repairing or replacing items in the room such as door handles, faucets, drains, toilets, vents, lights, and more. You will complete a full deep clean of the room including floors, furniture, and bathroom. Position will require occasional painting or caulking. Qualified candidates should have prior maintenance and/or housekeeping experience with basic knowledge of janitorial facility care including floor maintenance, room care, bathroom cleaning, towel/sheet folding, cleaner identification and scheduled tasks. This position requires the ability to stoop, kneel, crawl and use ladders to 20 feet working heights. Also requires lifting of tools, equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds, and skills in the use of basic hand tools. This person has guest interaction so applicants must have a good attitude, be outgoing and pro-active to ensure guest satisfaction. Must be able to multi-task, have self-management skills, and an eye for detail.

Requirements
