The Part-Time Maintenance position is essential for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic upkeep of our facilities across various locations in the United States. This role focuses on performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to equipment, building systems, and infrastructure. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems to determine the best course of action.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale maintenance projects as needed.
