About The Position

This role involves performing building repairs such as drywall, painting, and floor repairs. It also includes preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, and assisting with marketing event setups. The position also requires snow and ice removal, general lifting, working in confined spaces, and operating various equipment.

Requirements

Computer knowledge/ability, including EMS and Word documents.
General lifting of 60 to 100 pounds.
Ability to work in restricted or small areas (e.g., pipe-chase).
Ability to work from ladders or man-lifts.
General knowledge and use of miscellaneous equipment (e.g., power saw, drill, sander, grinder, garden tractor, cutting torch).

Responsibilities

Perform building repairs including drywall, painting, and floor (tile) repairs.
Conduct Level 1 preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, including changing belts and filters, and performing minor repairs.
Assist contractors with HVAC equipment repairs as needed.
Perform plumbing tasks such as changing faucets, flushing valves, clearing minor clogs, and minor piping repairs.
Perform electrical tasks such as changing outlets, wall switches, and light ballasts.
Assist with the setup and takedown of marketing and promotional events.
Remove snow and ice from sidewalks.
Lift general items weighing between 60 to 100 pounds.
Work in restricted or small areas, such as pipe chases.
Work from ladders or man-lifts.
Utilize general knowledge and use of miscellaneous equipment such as power saws, drills, sanders, grinders, garden tractors, and cutting torches.
